Sixth Day of Matriculation Exams Completed Smoothly in Hakha

          The sixth day of the 2026 Matriculation Examination was held peacefully this morning at two centres in Chin State, where students sat for Biology, Economics, and Industrial, Agricultural, and Livestock specializations.

          A total of 537 students (217 boys, 320 girls) took the exam in Hakha, while 301 students (100 boys, 201 girls) sat in Tedim, bringing the state total to 838 candidates with an attendance rate of 91.58%.

          In Hakha, 17 candidates (12 male, 5 female) took the Industrial specialization, and 10 candidates (3 male, 7 female) sat for the Agricultural specialization, according to the State Education Office.—Ko Salai
