Vietnam's CPI up 2.94 pct in first 2 months

Vietnam's consumer price index (CPI) in the first two months of 2026 rose 2.94 percent year on year, according to data released Friday by the National Statistics Office.

In February alone, CPI rose 1.14 percent from January and 1.19 percent compared with December 2025, the report said.

Core inflation increased 3.47 percent year on year, according to the report.
