Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker meets Zeyathiri voters

PYITHU Hluttaw Speaker U Khin Yi met voters from Zeyathiri Township at the administrative office of Kyitaung village-tract yesterday.

During the meeting, he pledged that the Hluttaw will implement voters’ desires in pursuance of the motto “The People’s Voice, the Hluttaw’s Voice; the People’s Will, the Hluttaw’s Will; the People’s Expectations, implemented by the Hluttaw.”

He highlighted the intention of the meeting to listen directly to the voices and wishes of the local voters, a 100-day plan of government, plans to carry out the regional development measures together with the government, Hluttaw, party and people, and urged the attendees to work together in national tasks of the country through the community-based security system.

Local voters reported on religious affairs, roads, bridges, education and farming-related matters, and the Speaker attended to their needs. — MNA/ KTZH
