Monsoon agricultural funds disbursed in Thayet Township

          The Myanma Agricultural Development Bank in Thayet District, Magway Region is disbursing monsoon agricultural funds on 12 May for the 2026-2027 FY. A total of 151 farmers in Pauktaw village-tract received K 63.3 million for 211 acres of paddy cultivation at a rate of K 300,000 per acre. Likewise, a total of K 87.25 million was disbursed for 349 acres of other crops at a rate of K 250,000 per acre.

          The bank estimates to disburse a total of K 3,357.6 million to 2964 farmers from  28 village-tracts in the township under 100-day plan. As of 29 May, a total of K 670.7 million were disbursed to 662 farmers from 10 village-tracts.
