Basic foodstuffs provided in Chin State

FOOD supplies, nutritional supplements and essential medicines provided by the National Disaster Man­agement Committee were handed over by Deputy Minister for Border Affairs Maj-Gen Kyaw Swa Oo at Falam Town Hall and the People’s Hospital yester­day.

 

The deputy minister also inspected reconstruc­tion work at damaged gov­ernment offices, staff hous­ing and other facilities in Falam Township.

 

In Tiddim and Tonzang townships, officials inspect­ed ongoing rehabilitation and reconstruction work at public buildings, schools, staff housing and other fa­cilities. — MNA/MKKS
