Thayawady opens shampoo and soap production training



THE Department of Ru­ral Development, under the Ministry of Cooper­atives and Rural Devel­opment, held an opening ceremony for a livelihood support training course on shampoo and soap production at Letpanton Village in Thayawady Township, yesterday.

 

Thayawady District Department of Rural De­velopment Head U Nyunt Zaw delivered opening remarks, and Thayawady Township Management and Administration Com­mittee Chair U Thein Zaw Phyo Min made additional comments. Thayawady Township Department of Rural Development Head Daw Lay Lay Lwin explained the course objectives and expected benefits, after which officials handed over training materials to the trainees.

 

A total of 20 female trainees from Letpan­tone Village are attending the five-day free course, where skilled instructors will provide theoretical and practical training in various shampoo and soap production meth­ods. — Cho Than Nyunt (Rural)
