60 acres of highland farmland developed in Naga Self-Administered Zone




THE Progress of Bor­der Areas and Nation­al Races Department under the Ministry of Border Affairs has com­pleted a project on the development of 60 acres of highland farmland in Sanpya Village, Gahong Village-tract, Lahe Town­ship, Naga Self-Admin­istered Zone, under the Union budget for border area development for the 2026-2027 financial year.


The highland farm­land development pro­ject is expected to sig­nificantly contribute to the socioeconomic devel­opment of two villages, comprising a population of 579 from 82 house­holds, according to re­ports. — MNA/KNN
