Myanmar’s Miss Multicultural World 2026 honoured
A ceremony honouring Myanmar beauty queen Soe Myintzu Lwin, who won the top title at the Miss Multicultural World 2026 pageant in Vietnam, was held at Karaweik Palace in Kandawgyi, Bahan Township, Yangon Region, on 29 September. Soe Myintzu Lwin, also known as Helen, won the prestigious Winner Crown at the Miss Multicultural World 2026 pageant, which was held in Hanoi, Vietnam, from 20 to 28 June.
“We did our best in the competition. We had her trained by relevant professionals for the Talent and National Costume categories. She won this major title through her hard work and dedication. She can endure a lot of hardship and works very hard. We are truly proud that, as a Myanmar national, she has brought home the winner’s title from an international stage,” said U Kaung Myat Aung, National Director of Miss Multicultural World Myanmar.
At the Miss Multicultural World 2026 pageant, the 1st Runner-up title went to the contestant representing Honduras, the 2nd Runner-up title to the contestant representing Vietnam, the 3rd Runner-up title to the contestant representing the Philippines, and the 4th Runner-up title to the contestant representing the USA.
Contestants representing Myanmar, India, the USA, Honduras, the Philippines, Vietnam, Russia, Thailand, China, Mongolia and Morocco participated in the Miss Multicultural World 2026 pageant. — ASH/MKKS
