Pyinmana’s RBF project introduced, committee formed
THE Department of Rural Development,
under the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development, held an introductory
briefing on the Rural Business Fund (RBF) Project and formed a project committee
in Thayasu Village, Pyinmana Township, yesterday.
Pyinmana Township Department of Rural
Development Head Daw Nay Chi Zar Wai met residents and explained the
objectives, benefits, project procedures and rules and regulations stipulated
in the project manual. Project officials explained in detail the rules for selecting
and forming the committee, the duties and responsibilities of members, and
implementation procedures.
The township head and officials, in
accordance with the consensus of the villagers, formed a five-member Rural
Business Fund (RBF) Project Committee to effectively carry out project
