Bidding opens for high-end Thumingala Market rental in PyinOoLwin

THE PyinOoLwin Township Development Committee will rent out the high-end Thumingala Market (Nyantaw market) in Ward 2, PyinOoLwin, Mandalay Region, under a tender system.

The well-functioning market include five places for banks, 17 shops for brands, 26 spots for fresh meat and green groceries with cold facilities, three places for restaurant, one place for super market on the ground floor, 50 spots for branded shops on the first floor, 15 restaurants and snack shops and 85 spots for other shops on the fourth floor, fifth floor and roof top, one place (Wedding Hall) for wedding reception and events with seating capacity for 300 persons on the fifth floor and shops on the rooftop.

Moreover, the book encompasses underground parking for cars and bikes, three signboards for AD outside of the market, five signboards for the view of Mandalay-Lashio Road, 10 for ring roads, seven for Thumingala Road, and one LED 28 feet by 165 feet signboard.

Tender form will be sold between 19 September and 10 October 2025 (from 9 am to 5 pm). Individuals or a group can submit a tender.
