Inter-village road construction in Winemaw Tsp. inspected

            With the aims of being convenient in transportation and delivering agricultural products to markets with saving time and money, Winemaw Township Department of Rural Development is implementing an inter-village road in Naungchain village in Winemaw Township, Kachin State during 2025-2026 FY. In the morning of September 18, the officials inspected the progress of the road in the village.

            The officials inspected the Balaminhtin-Naungchain inter-village road construction and related works. They then met with responsible people from the tender winning company and asked them for the timely completion of the project, meeting the set standard.

             The road measuring 2.4 furlong in length, 18 ft in width and seven inches in volume is being conducted with technical aids of the township department starting from second week of June. Now, it has been completed by 17 percent and upon completion, it will bring socioeconomic development to 6854 local residents from eight villages.
