Tatmadaw seagoing hospital vessel continues medical services in Ngaputaw



THE Tatmadaw mobile spe­cialist medical team from the Tatmadaw Ocean-going Hos­pital Ship Thanlwin, which is providing healthcare services in villages in Cocokyun Township in Yangon Region and Haing­gyikyun in Ayeyawady Region, continued delivering medical care yesterday morning to the local people from Kyonku village and nearby villages in Ngaput­aw Township at the local Tat­madaw hospital.

 

The medical team based at Seikta Thukha monastery in Kyonku village of Ngaputaw Township offers medical ser­vices.

 

The medical team provid­ed healthcare services for 137 general patients, 37 surgical pa­tients, 23 obstetric patients, 32 paediatric patients, 79 orthopae­dic patients, 24 ENT patients, 119 ophthalmology patients and 107 dental patients. In addition, nine general surgery patients, seven eye surgery patients, four X-ray patients, 85 ultrasound patients, 55 ECG patients and 27 labora­tory test patients received the necessary diagnostic and treat­ment services. — MNA/KTZH
