Frontline Tatmadaw members welcomed back

A ceremony to warmly welcome back the triumphant frontline Tatmadaw members who dili­gently served duties in Kyauk­pyu Township, Rakhine State, was held at the local battalion in Sittway, Rakhine State, yes­terday.

Officers of the Sittway Station of Western Command, members of Myanmar Police Force and relevant departmen­tal officials, and local ethnic peo­ple welcomed back returnee sol­diers with heartfelt enthusiasm.

The attendees of event wel­comed back the victorious Tat­madaw members with sprigs of Eugenia and presented the cash prizes to the returnees. The event included traditional dance and music performanc­es.
