Artistes join Flood Relief Fundraising Football Match

ARTISTES from the film, theatre and music indus­tries will take part in a char­ity football match to raise funds for flood victims.

The Flood Relief Fund­raising Football Match will be held free of charge at Thuwunna Stadium in Thingangyun Township, Yangon Region, at 3 pm on 24 August. Fans of film, theatre and music, as well as sports enthusiasts, can make donations to support flood victims while attend­ing the match.

Theatrical performer Phoe Chit, who will take part in the match, said that artistes from the film, the­atre and music industries would participate in this event.

He added that admis­sion would be free and spectators could make do­nations for flood relief at the stadium. The match will be broadcast live on MRTV-4 and Pyone Play. — ASH/ MKKS
