CDF terrorists attack blood donation event at Haka Hospital

CDF terrorists attacked a collective blood dona­tion event at Haka Peo­ple’s Hospital in Chin State yesterday morn­ing, according to an of­ficial report.

The event was or­ganized by members of the Myanmar Police Force to mark the up­coming 62nd Myanmar Police Force Day on 1 October 2026.

Approximately sev­en attackers approached the hospital from the north and opened fire with heavy and small arms. Security person­nel returned fire, forcing the attackers to retreat towards the northeast.

The report con­demned the attack as an act of terrorism tar­geting a public hospital unrelated to military operations.

Security forces, working with residents, are investigating the incident and strength­ening security measures to protect civilians and property. — MNA/ST
