Food Production Course Closing Ceremony Held in Loikaw

The closing ceremony of a basic food production technology course organized by the Kayah State Small-Scale Industries Department was held this morning at the meeting hall of the State Small-Scale Industries Department in Loikaw, Kayah State.

At the ceremony, a Staff Officer of the State Small-Scale Industries Department delivered a closing speech and presented the finished products produced by the trainees during the course. A trainee then expressed gratitude on behalf of all the trainees.

A total of 15 trainees attended the course, which was conducted from September 1 to 18. During the course, the trainees were taught how to produce 12 types of bread and cakes.—Thuta (IPRD)
