YGN opens tenders for parking fees in 8 restricted zones

TENDER application forms for parking fee collection in Yangon’s eight restricted parking zones were launched on 21 September, accord­ing to the Engineering Department (Roads & Bridges).

Tender applications will be available until 9 October, and the tender process will close on 16 October. The tender se­lection will then be held at the Yangon City De­velopment Committee (YCDC) on 20 October.

The competitive bidding rules and ap­plication forms for the parking fee collection project can be pur­chased and submitted at the Engineering Department (Roads & Bridges) headquarters on the second floor of City Hall in Kyauktada Township during office hours.

The Engineering Department (Roads & Bridges) stated that it will lease out parking fee collection servic­es in eight restricted parking zones across six townships of Yangon under the management of the Yangon City De­velopment Committee through a competitive bidding system. — TWA/ MKKS
